Bastion HMO has a wide network of accredited hospitals and healthcare providers across Nigeria. You can access care at any facility within your plan type.
Coverage for pre-existing conditions depends on the plan chosen. All Individual and family plans have a waiting period before pre-existing conditions are covered.
Yes, our plans include access to specialist consultations such as cardiology, gynecology, pediatrics, and more, depending on the level of coverage selected.
Simply present your Bastion HMO ID at any of our partnered hospitals within your plan type to receive treatment. Our 24/7 customer support is available for assistance
Some medical procedures, hospital admissions, and specialist treatments may require pre-authorization from Bastion HMO. While for primary care pre-authorization is automated via our provider portal at the hospitals.
Enrollees are advised to access care at a nearby facility as Health is priority. They are, however, advised to reach out to us within 48 hours of visit to a non-network facility
The health Insurance scheme is available both home and abroad. The international plans can be accessed outside the country while the local plans are accessible within the country.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting our customer support team. Downgrades are subject to certain conditions.
Yes, we offer family plans that allow you to cover your spouse and children under a single policy.
If a payment is missed, your plan may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. Continuous non-payment may lead to policy termination.
