Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business and growth objectives.
Identify new corporate, institutional, and strategic partnership opportunities across target sectors.
Provide market intelligence and insights to inform pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Revenue & Performance Management
Own corporate sales revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of agreed KPIs.
Drive deal structuring, negotiation, and closure of high-value corporate contracts.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, providing regular reports to executive management.

Key Account & Relationship Management
Lead and manage relationships with key corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Serve as the senior escalation point for major corporate clients.

Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate sales team to deliver high performance.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and support capability development.
Foster a results-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative sales culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery of corporate solutions.
Support the development of tailored corporate offerings and proposals.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in sales, with at least 4–5 years in a senior or leadership role managing corporate or enterprise accounts.
Proven track record of closing large, complex corporate deals and driving sustainable revenue growth.
