Login with your Member ID and Password. If you forget your password, click 'Forgot Password' to receive an OTP via email or SMS. Then set your new password.

• Locate Provider: Choose provider type (hospital, pharmacy, dentist, gym, etc.), use toggle and slider to set distance, then click 'Show Results'. Use filters for country, state, and city.
• Appointments: Book and manage appointments.
• Reimbursements: Submit requests by filling required details and uploading documents.
• Policy Details: View plan info and radial gauge of benefit used vs. total limit. Shortcut 'See All Benefit Limits' shows full breakdown.
• My Cards: Download member cards as PDF or image.

• My Health Records: Access your records securely.
• Pharmacy Benefit: Request medication refills by uploading a valid prescription.
• Telemedicine (Octodoc): Consult doctors online. A permission page asks to share your data with our telemedicine partner.
• Mental Health (Akoma Health): Access mental health support.
• Emergency Feature (SOS Button): Displays a disclaimer that out-of-network care may attract costs to the enrollee.

Select topic, add details, attach files, and Submit. Our team reviews and follows up. When you click Support, the complaints page is shown, then you can select topic and provide details.
