Job Title: Head, Corporate Sales

The Head of Corporate Sales is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading, and managing the sales team, building, and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales performance, and collaborating with other departments
to achieve corporate sales goals. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and maintaining a strong market position for the organization.

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate sales targets and objectives.

2. Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies.

4. Define sales strategies, pricing models, and sales targets for different products or services.

5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

6. Lead and manage a team of corporate sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

7. Set clear sales targets and goals for the team and track individual and team performance.

8. Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel to ensure a high-performing sales team.

9. Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.

10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, including major accounts and strategic partners.

11. Identify and engage with potential new corporate clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

12. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

13. Develop and implement sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to measure sales performance and effectiveness.

14. Implement sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.

15. Identify sales trends and opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements and Skill
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Corporate Sales.
3. Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good understanding of the health industry.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
