Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Sales Analyst with health insurance experience for our team in
Port Harcourt. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of health
insurance products, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The
ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure customer satisfaction, and support our
company’s overall business objectives through effective sales analysis and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients to present our health insurance products
and services.

2. Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and
achievement of sales goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
within the sales team.

3. Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor
activities.

4. Presentation and Proposal Preparation:
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and
campaigns.

5. Sales Reporting:
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Evaluate sales performance against targets and provide actionable insights for
improvement.

Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in health insurance sales or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of health insurance products and the healthcare industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
